Help with downloaded map I've modified

Hey guys. I downloaded a large Earth map and made a new continent that's just a super powerful start location so I can have a play around on it, but it won't work. I have made custom maps before from scratch and they worked fine with a bit of tweaking. Can anyone here have a look at it through the map editor and see if they can get it working? I've just messed up a step somewhere along the line and can't find it, a fresh set of eyes should be able to pick it up straightaway.
