Help!

Well i just bought the game....everytime it starts to load...it gets to check XML then disappears and doesnt ever show up...i did the log thing and this is what i get
[1602.656] DBG: FILE Cat Init
[1602.859] DBG: NOT Using XML cache, failed to find crc.dat file
[1602.859] DBG: Game Init
[1602.859] DBG: Multiplayer Init
not quite sure what to do...please help!

Few things to try:-

make sure that you have a sound card installed with the latest drivers. you can check this in the dxdiag. Click start, run, type dxdiag, press ok. Then check the sound tab across the top.

if thats not the problem try creating a new user account on the system(with admin rights) and try again

Loading from the Box you get V1.

Please make sure you do meet the Game Hardware specs

Patch V1.52 resolved many issues - particularly memory management. The patch is a must have - look at the top of the Site Home Page forlink to the download (44Mb download)

If still happening try the xml parser error fix

If still issues,post your dxdiag using the 'go advanced' button below as an attachment
(Start Button - click -select run - type dxdiag - press enter - wait a min - select "save all information" - remember where you saved it - post file as attachment)
