What is STRIKE? For one turn I had no money, 0% science, and losing 8 gold per turn. But now I have money and STRIKE is still there. What the ____ does that mean and what does it do and when will it go away? HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!

Shouldn't be there when you have money. A strike is when you can no longer pay your troops. Each unit has a maintenance cost. When you can't cover it, the programming disbands certain troops for you.
