GameSpy has the USA patch, and there is no announcement of when the European patch will arrive. Looks like they don't even know that there is a difference.

Infogrames and Firaxis didn't release a German 1.21 version of Civ3 IIRC.........





Customer support? Nah, not them. Just enough to make the program playable; 1.14 being the Civ and PTW versions that I would have expected out of the box.

1.21 is a slight extra each, that's why they do not bother for Europe. I'd NOT be surprised if it never came....
