Hide numbers on mouse-over?

Hello. I tried to delete the on-mouse-over numbers shown in the world-rankings-screen. So you are still able to see the rankings(which nations leads in the different categories) and the more or less filles up icons from the nations. But you can´t see how much scientific-points or culture points the other nations gain every turn and absolutely have.

I looked into this mod, which can hide the info completely on evolution. But if hidden, the ranking is not shown, too. So your own nation is everytime in first place(even if it´s not true) as long as you have not the evolution to see the category(scientific, diplomatic, etc.)

Any ideas or known mods, which can do that (keep ranking, but no showing the points)? Thanky you.
