Higher relics count for cultural victory in exploration age by Rico v1.0.0

Do you know where to adjust the numbers in the advisor text for the steps towards a victory?

I've found the text itself over in TutorialText.xml, but it clearly gets those numbers from somewhere else.

Context: I've made a mod to slow down the Exploration and Modern Ages, one of the changes I made was making victories a bit slower, but I can't figure out how to make this text work, and I want everything to be correct before uploading it anywhere.

Sorry, no. All texts I have tried to modify just have written number in string format.
<Text>Gain 1 Economic Attribute Point.</Text> -> <Text>Gain milliom+1 Economic Attribute Point.</Text>

I have not tried anything where numbers are variables.

P.S. Texts do not change in saved games. Only in new games.
 
Ah, shame.

I'll put a question on the general modding forum then.
