sorry if this is blatantly obvious but whats this HOF mod and where can i find it ? I have completed a forum search to no avail.

For some reason it's nowhere in the C&C subforums.

We support it out of the Hall of Fame web site and Forum. It was created to allow the HOF community to have access to some of the better mods and still provide a level playing field for the competition. It seems wiser to limit support to one location.
