Hoping for C3C PBEM game

Instead of naming the save vikingruler's PBEM - Turn 1, I named it vrPBEM1a. When you get the save, change the letter to the next one (i.e. 1b, 1c, 1d). That way, we can keep track of whose save it is. Be sure to announce any times that you'll be unable to play the save for awhile and please be sure to post here when you've played and sent the save. As for restarts, I personally frown on restarting, but if the entire group wants to, then I'll have no choice.

Quick question... thoughts on city razing. Are we allowing them in this game? It seems fairly common to ban razings in a lot of PBEMs. I'm unsure why that is though.
