So either Civ IV and my recently installed Warlords will lock up constantly, starting at the menu screen and ending when I get frustrated and my repeated pounding of Alt + F4 finally makes the game quit. Videos run choppy, mouse sometimes locks up, game is unplayably slow. Graphics are set to windowed and lowest possible on all settings. My specs include a gig of ram and a nvidia geforce 4600, which although old, should not be the problem, as Civ IV ran fine until about 2 weeks ago.
