Hosting multiplayer game

I've gone out of my to figure out how to be able to host a C3C internet game. I am able to join but if i host noone sees my game up . please help. I already opened the following ports on my firewall and router:

2302 UDP
2303
3783
6500
6515 UDP
6667
13139 UDP
27900 UDP
28900
29900
29901

I even uninstalled WinXP service pack 2, nothing works . help help help.

What router do you have? There should be a dmz. This lets all ports through. your computer will be at risk but you should be able to host

It says Thompson Multimedia SpeedTouch 500 series Alcatel.
I'm not sure if i'm happy with a dmz. Why doesn't opening just the required ports suffice?

Isn't there any other way to enable hosting? If there isn't, how do i use this dmz?

I opened these ports on my router and can host:

UDP 6500
UDP 13139
UDP 2302
TCP 1440
TCP 28900
UDP 27900
TCP 6667
TCP 6500
TCP 29900
TCP 29901
TCP 3783
UDP 6515

Only one extra from your list I can see is 1440
I have XP service pack 2 installed, not caused a problem.
