Hotseat Scenarios?

Another quick question for the powers-that-be...
How do I load scenarios in Hotseat or play-by-email?
The only way I have been able to do it is to start the game on net/lan, then reload it as hotseat.

There must be a better system!

Why can't Firaxis just make it easy to play their game? Seriously, the multiplayer has just been a hassle for me. At least the civ3 hotseat worked fine...

Any ideas?

Anyone? I'm sure that someone else around here plays hotseat games. Why can't we play hotseat scenarios like in civ3?

The next patch should also allow scenarios in hotseat (?).
