hotseat w/ civ2 classic

I have civ2 classic and I can't find any of the others anywhere. I was wondering if there was a mod or something that lets you play hotseat with the classic version.

I installed his patch, but whenever I launch and at a few places in game I get this popup... "ICDecompressEX returned -3"

It is rather annoying and crashes me sometimes. Any ideas why? Or how to aviod this?
