HOU TO CREATE OWN SCENARIO? please tell it... i really need it!

Wrong forum. This should be in the Civ4 Creation & Customization forum. And to make a scenario, read about it in the tutorial and help section.

You don't need a toturial. You just need to know that you have to enter a single player game and then choose 'enter worldbuilder' in the menu. Then you save it and get the scenariofile. Unless you need to make moderations to the game in order to make your scenario, of course, then it's a tad bit more complicated.
