How can get hardwood from mangrove on river???

Nothing but fisherman is available.

It is an anomaly to do with yields displayed on large rivers. Hardwood isn't intended to be harvested from mangrove.

It is a known visual display bug, but only fisherman available is how it is supposed to be.

Then what happens to my happy imagination of building Great Ships' Empire of Mangrove alongside those rivers

I guess it goes the same way as every other mighty mangrove based ship building power. I'm trying to think of one..

the mangroves on the river are not intended for gathering resources. just to make it harder for you to fish))
pioneer can remove them.
