How can I add cities in Final Frontier???

How can I add cities in Final Frontier??? needed - I can't expand because of that!!

To estab other starsystems, you need to research Space Exploration and build a colony ship, maybe an escort too.

That's the problem. Every time I move my colony ship to the star system, the planets just appeared. When I click on one of them, the city is still not established.

You go on top of the star and press "Colonize Star System"
