How can I make a full supremacy leader?

Hi there, I'm trying to make a cyborg leader so I want him to be always in the supremacy affinity, but i've no idea to how to do that, pls help me .

Not sure if the affinity flavours described there actually work, though. Needs testing.

After some tests this is not working, it goes on purity and harmony as well.
