How can I mod civ V G&K to have baba yetu as the main theme?

I have civ IV so I have the music file. Can I do this?

In-game or from start-up?

I assume you mean when you turn the game on. The only and easiest way, would just be to find the Civ V music file and replace it with the Babu Yetu music file (but named identical to the original Civ V music file).

That's kind of what I figured, does anyone know where the main theme music file is located?
