Well, I had nothing to do and I just beat the prince record on this site. This makes me happy. I love this game, it gives life purpose.

Check out Civworld Forms

Actually, I find my life has considerably less meaning to it since I discovered civ

though the satisfaction of blasting some Zulu horsemen with a howitzer is hard to top...

Life is just a game -- but Civ is real.

Civilization is not to help those who do not have lives, but those who do. I would recommend the game who feels they have too much social skill or are perhaps too popular.

This reminds me of a humourous somethingawful.com article on turn-based strategy games, but I can't find it in their archives. Oh well.

i find that CIV has greatly enhanced my life. I was formerly misguided, wandering with no aim in life. Now that I aspire to live for 6000 years and rule the world through the military conquest of inferior nations and send a group of settlers to Alpha Centauri, I find that there is a reason to get out of bed in the morning.

Actually, Civ to me is a time killer. I haven't played Civ for a month or two, but two days ago I started playing again and I've spent over 9 hours playing it today (nothing to do) and 20 hours within the last two days.

Yeah, it seems to come and go in spurts. I don't touch the computer for a month, then BAM! I sit there for 23 hours wasting Zulu horsemen

A better question, genghis: What isn't civ?

No genghis, but I could explain what isn't that we don't like about Zulus

FIgure that one out, horse-lover!

Civ has given my life meaning. Before Civ, I never knew the benefits of World Domination...so y'all had better watch out when I turn 21!

hello brother

Yeah, I've had to learn to ration my Civ-playing time. "OK, remember - eat occasionally, take bathroom breaks, take time to make some brownie points with the wife, pet & feed the cat, and remember to call in sick to work..."
