How come they know I'm the one who bribed them into war?

When I send one civ after another I get a diplomacy penalty for "You brought in a war ally against us!". How'd he know that? I can't see who the heck did it when someone goes after me..though I can guess pretty well sometimes. Ether they should get rid of the diplomacy penalty or allow me to see who bribed em into the war when I'm attacked.

Because there's always someone who snitches. The same thing happens when you negotiate a trade embargo.

Yeah I hate that modifier. The person you bribed pops up to the AI:

"Kawalimus gave me Literature to declare war.. so... YOU WILL DIE!!!"
