How do I choose where I spawn on a custom map?

I have made loads of maps on the SDK World builder and they work just fine and usually I simply choose 'random player' where I want me and the AIs to spawn. How do I make it so I can choose exactly where I spawn?? There isn't a 'random human player' or 'random AI player' button.
As a side note, the solution has to be scenario free as I believe you need Visual Studio for that and I have never bothered with it and don't particularly want to.
On the map I'm trying to work this on I worked out that it is player 7 who is spawning where I want to spawn so I tried changing my team to team 7 and the AI's to team 1 but that didn't do anything unfortunately and I don't believe there is a way (in single player) to change my player status to number 7, is there??

Anyway, in short I would like to know how to choose exactly where I spawn on my maps on the SDK world builder for CIV V, thanks :D:D

You have to make the map a scenario by adding the civs you want used in the scenario (scenario editor menu in the middle upper area of the Worldbuilder taskbar). Player 1 is always the human player. After you define the civs you want used in the scenario, you go back and use the Edit PLot tab to select Player1's starting position at whichever tile (plot) you wish to use. The drop-down in Edit Plots is the one that says 'start position'. You will also want to assign the othere civs starting points by specifying random player starts for all the other civs, or designating which civ will start in each of the player start positions you designate. You need also to do so for city-states else they sometimes want to start next door to your starting position or next-door to one of the other major civs depending on whether the game decides a particular area is a 'sweet-spot' for civs and city-states to spawn at.

None of this requires anything more than Worldbuilder itself. You don't need to have anything else included with the map to make the game understand that the map is a scenario.

In the WorldBuilder "Description'' menu give the map a name that will be easy for you to remember.

When you start the game you still have to go through the MODS menu (as I recall) even if you do not actually want to use any mods with your map. You proceed to the modded games set-up screen from the mods menu by clicking NEXT in the mods menu and then SINGLE PLAYER, as I recall, and then SET-UP GAME. Once you're at the modded game set-up menu you have to click Advanced Set-Up. Once there you select the map you named earlier in worldbuilder. You want to look for the description you gave the map earlier in Worldbuilder. Once you have selected the name of your map, click the BACK button at the bottom of the Advanced Set-Up menu. This will take you back to the 'regular' set-up menu for modded games. You should see a little round clickable circle in the map-type field of the game set-up menu. Click to activate that button. The lower right-hand button on the game set-up menu should now say START SCENARIO. Click that and enjoy.

I tried not to make many assumptions about how much of this you already knew, so if you already knew most of this it might seem a little wind-baggy.
