I know this is a basic and simple question, but I can't figure it out and please feel free to direct me to another thread if its already been laid out. For the life of me I can't figure out how to make a map or to put cities and such on a new map or even in the world builder cheat.
Could someone tell me how to do this, say I wanted to open the Earth map or USA maps I've downloaded from here and put some cities in or the like or change resources before getting into the real game. Thanks so much.
