How do I do the Adopt Child mission?

I have a schemer leader, but I can't figure out where the adopt child mission is. Any help would be appreciated.

I razed a Thracian camp and an event proposed it to me. But I was not schemer.

Did you try to left click on your face then you have the possible actions for your leader?

I'm pretty sure that's how you do it. Long time since I needed that.

haven't done that in some time, but you should have the option when selecting characters from your families that are not already in the inheritance chain.
