Newbie question:
How do I draft?

I can't find how to do it in the manual,
I just read that I can do it, but how, please?

um...if memory serves you need nationalism tech first...and then its a button around where you hurry an improvement in the city screen

You can also right click on the city and there will be a draft citizen option.

Yes it becomes available with nationalism

be careful it causes unhappiness if i remember correctly

Yes.. but the good part about the unhappiness.. is if you are absolutely sure that city will fall to the enemy really soon.. the unhappiness will transfer over when they take the city.

It always annoyed the heck out of me when i capture a AI city and they are pissed at because of the draft.
