How do I edit custom map sizes with worldbuilder?

So I want to load a custom size in world builder, how do I go about this.

on a serious note, outside of the WB and the changes JeBus made, you can also use civ4 tools to make your own map sizes in civ4 format, which you then load into WB and it automatically converts into a civ5 map
