how do i install mods?

hi i'm new to using mods and everything so i was wondering if anyone could help me how to install/use them...i'm a newbie at this and i have Maxriga's mod so i'm thinking i need to extract them somewhere? help me please

As pokeravi, this is the wrong place for this topic, however, since it's already here, I'll help you.

To run a mod, you must extract the mod into the "mods" folder, you'll need winRAR to do this. You also need to extract the .worldbuildersave files into the "publicmaps" folder. Then to load the mods you can.
a. double click the approprate worldbuildersave file, while in windows.
b. go to "play a scenario" and select the one you want to play, and properly installed mod will load automatically.
c. Select Advanced then Load a Mod.
