How do I move Relics

Decided to try and play my first conquest and I can't figure out how to move my relic. The Civilopedia shows a movement of 1 but it won't move. Do I need to capture Jerusalem before it will move? I've captured another relic and it won't move either. Musta missed this somewhere in the instructions. Any help is appreciated,

You have to move a military unit onto the same tile (shoud have 1 attack / 1 defense at least, so workers and settlers won't do) and a butting "claim treasure" or something like that will appear.
No, you don't need Jerusalem to get the treasure, but you have to have it to be enabled to deliver the treasures to it.
