Well the title pretty much covers it.
I want a larger area to be visible when i start the game. Where can his be edited? I'm not making a mod, I just do some small changes which I put in the custom assets folder.
I've been playing the FFH2 mod, and in that mod there are more tiles revealed at the beginning. I've been looking through the FFH2-files, but it's just too comprehensive too find and extract just that one thing.
That is true. I've looked over the files, and decided to use the same solution. I made a startsettler with 3 moves and the sentry-promotion. Works just fine
Well it works allmost just fine
The new startingsettler-unit was possible to build in the cities. I couldnt find a way to make it not buildable, so I did a workaround and made it upgradable to the normal settler-unit. Now the startingsettler becomes obsolete when the normal settler is possible to build. That means that it is allways obsolete. This works just fine, but there is a minor issue. In the civiliopedia-entry it is now possible to see that the startingsettler upgrades to the normal settler. This doesn't affect gameplay in any way, but it irritates me all the same.
My question is whether it is possible either to make a unit not buildable, or if it is easier to remove the upgrade-entry in the civilopedia?
