How do I see "world rankings" at will?

Is there any way I can see the "world rankings" window at will, instead of just getting to see a random category once every 50 turns? Also, is there a way to get the ranking window to show all civs' ranking instead of just the "Top 8"?

As far i know no, unless you check the Power Graph using f9.

Yeah I know, but it's kind of crude and possibly misleading when you have alot of opponents. Thanks anyway though...

Statistics screen. It tells you your current ranking on population, production, soldiers, and so on. It can be misleading, but if you know how to interpret it, it can be invaluable.
