How do I take screenshots? Because I want to make a story on these here forums.

Can I take screenshots in Civ3?

Yes, you can. For people that don't know, a screenshot is pretty much a picture of your screen. Before you load Civ3, open a photo program, even MS Paint. Then, in game, just press "Print Scrn" (to the right of F12), and a screenshot will be copied to the clipboard. Hold Alt and Tab and open Paint - then, go Edit -> Paste, and you'll see your screenshot. You can continue to take as many screenshots as you'd like.

Some people find freeware programs like 'Irfanview' (just google and download it) quite a handy help.

If you want to imbed the picture in your post...
Upload the picture to a file hosting site such as Photobucket. Copy the IMG tag for your photo and paste it into your post.

If you just want to attach the photo to the end of your post...
Use the Manage Attachment button. Make sure the photo is an allowed file extension type.

Oh, and I'm a big fan of this program for easily taking tons of screenshots.

I liked that ^ but tried this (freeware) afterwords and liked it even better.
