How do I upload scenarios?

Sorry for all of these questions. I just have so many of them. Ok, how do you upload scenarios? Because I made my first one called, '' French Civil War ''. So can somebody please tell me how to?

Go to the Completed Scenarios subforum, create a new thread, and attach it via the post.

Ok. Thanks for reminding me. But what do you mean by via? Can you please show me an example if you can?
