how do leaders make armies?

I have a leader in a city and many troops,but i cannot figure out how to make an army.Can someone please help me?thanks

activate the leader.
press the button in the below-middle of the screen, to 'build army'.
activate a unit.
press button 'load' to load the unit in the army. Max.nr is 3 units for your first army.

When it is the leaders turn, at the bottom of the screen you will see 2 buttons. If you move your pointer on them one of them says "hurry improvement" the other one says "build army". You can choose whatever you want.
