How do you change mobilization?

How do you change the mobilization back to normal from war-time? I clicked and clicked to no avail.........

Now, YOU say something......

Once you switch to wartime mobilization, you can't switch back to normal until you end the war.

Or if you change to war-time while you are at peace, you need to start a war to change to normal.

* End a war to get out of it (any one will do), if you enabled it during peace time you will have to start a war to get out of it.

so why do we have the FAQ??? So you can find that stuff in there!
