How do you get that cool "From Space" 3D Globe view?

They don't seem to know about it in the regular forum section.

You know, that view where if you zoom out with your mousewheel, the world becomes a 3D globe that you can orbit, seeing all the continents you've explored in color, and everything else still in black?

How do you get this? I've forgotten.
