How do you remove some spy missions?

I don't want spys to be able to sabotage or destroy. How can I remove just those missions?

I have not tried this, but it appears all you need to do is mod GameInfo/CIV4EspionageMissions.xml. Remove the sections related to the missions you want to remove.
