How do you save in Multiplayer

As far as i know, only autosaves are available in MP, but i guess someone who has actually played MP can tell you something more about it.

Just hit Ctrl-s to bring up the save dialog.... and if your save game doesn't show up in the load screen in multi-player then go into your Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\Saves\multi folder and copy your save into the "auto" folder and rename it autosave..... now you should be able to load your saved game "autosave" among all the other autosaves.

In the options set your autosave turn count to 1, so it autosaves every turn. That's the easiest way.

OK, so how do you get to the load screen in multiplayer?

I'm at work so I can't confirm, but I have done it. Click multiplayer, then host game. At the game setup screen, there should be a "Load" button at the bottom. That will let you load autosaves (or manual saves if you rename them to look like autosaves).
