How do you use a "leader"?

I know you can use a leader to hurry producten, and to make an army.

But HOW do I get theese four soldiers in this army? I have tried, and tried - please help! :crazyeyes

In the city where you made the army, 'L'oad units in it.

Here's a thread that might help you. Also, (if I remember correctly) you can only have 3 units in an army until you build the Pentagon. And you must have four cities per army.
