You can either download a modpack here or make one yourself. Before I reinstalled civII I had a mod that I had mixed myself. I took parts I liked from other mods and copied and pasted into my new mod. If you do this, you have to be sure that you use a program that doesn't change the file more than the part you want to change. So don't use MS Paint, use Paint Shop Pro, or maybe Photoshop. If you dowlnoad a modpack extract the files to the civII folder and it will write the new files on top of the old files, then run the game. Be sure to back up all the files it changes, which I think is all the text and picture files, depending on the mod. I probably said something wrong, or missed something, but ask the people in civ2-creation forum if you need more help.
