How do you zip files using Winzip?

I've got Winzip, and I just created a simple .bic file that i'd like to post... how do I zip it up for posting? Or, how do I post it w/o zipping it up?

I don't quite know how to post it without zipping, but to zip it you right click on it, go to winzip, and click on 'extract to here'.
