How does the industrial sector bonus works ?

I didn't realise until reading on this website that he industrial sector gives a +3cogs for any city in a ) tile range.

Is it a one time bonus or can you cumulate with multiple industrial sectors.

I didn't see it listed in my wiki websites. Is it mentioned in the in game Civipedia ?

Once the city get a factory, it extends the district bonuses to any city center within 6 tiles. So beeline Industrialization!

And yes, multiple factories stack

The Industrial Zone itself does not have any regional effect. Neither does the Workshop. Only the Factory and the Power Plant have regional effects, extending their production bonus to cities located within 6 tiles of the Industrial Zone in which the Factory and Power Plant are located. And, yes, a city can benefit from multiple Factories and Power Plants that are within 6 tiles of the city center.
