How get AI teammates to assemble spaceship

My AI team and I have all techs to assemble the spaceship. I built some parts and they built others. I've assembled mine in my capital, but they won't move theirs there or trade for them or ??? And I am no longer allowed to build the parts they've built.

Know any fix?
