How is Trump translated by journalists in non-English media?

Do journalists translate Trump as if what he said was in proper English, or is he translated with poor grammar and simplistic word choices? Does he sound as stupid or crazy translated as he does untranslated?

Not sure how that works in other countries, but in German media he sounds even dumber than in English, because if they translate him directly, you can be sure that they chose the most goofy soundbites. When he does the thing where he says something, then repeats a part of it ("He denies it, that's all I can say. He denies it.") you can be sure that the German media will translate that whole part.
