are running service pack 2? And how many who aren't are still on Service pack 1? The reason that I ask is that I just installed XP pro on a machine this afternoon and haven't patched it to SP2 yet and Civ4 runs. Woohoo. 
The video card that I have in the system is a 8500LE 128mb with the 5.10 cat drivers. How sick is it that when a game won't run I have a back up system standing by. Don't know if this will help anyone but it might be a starting point for a patch.
