How to add a leader ???

I've add a new civilization (Canada)... but i can't choose it in multiplayer (LAN) because of the leader purpose choice.
Ide like to know how to add a leader to my new civilization. I've check many XML files but can't figure out what is really important and what is not for my leader... all i want is a new name with a head already in the game (like washington). Nohing hard... i'm just stuck.

Please don't tell me wrong forum... it's the only place i can talk about this.

I'm sure more people would like to know too.

If you were asking yourself this question, well i got the answer after a couple try/fail/try/fail you have to modify:
Assets\xml\Text\CIV4GameText_Civilopedia_CivLeaders.xml
Assets\xml\Text\CIV4GameTextInfos_Objects.xml
and for sure...
Assets\xml\civilizations\CIV4LeaderHeadInfos.xml
Assets\xml\civilizations\CIV4CivilizationInfos.xml

you can also add still pictures. I'm not sure how to do that myself, but that is how the leaderheads in the included mods are.

Is it possible to make the leaderhead graphics still, and not animated? I would completely re-do my graphics if such were the case, using actual pictures or something. Dunno why, but I've always liked the CivII leaders better than CivIII or IV leaders.
