How to add new Great People?

I want to add a Great Scientist with the same ability as Einstein, a unique name, and a biography.

I suggest you search the following files (found in you Civ installation) for einstein: Civilopedia_GreatPeople_Text.xml GreatPeople_Scientists.xml. That should show you what you need to set up for your scientist.
