How to allow Ageis Cruiser to carry missles?

I want to make tactical missles carryable by the Ageis Cruiser. I have enabled the 'can carry tactical missle' flag, gave it the unload order, I have 'naval missle transport' checked, but it still won't let me put the missle on the boat? What am I missing?

Did you increase the "Trans Capability" from the default of "0" to the number of arrows you wish to carry?

Works great. Happy to see missles able to be used in a realistic and usefull way finaly. It always struck me as ammusing that they took one of the most powerfull and versitle weapons in the modern world, and reduced it to one of the weakest and most limited weapons in modern Civ.
