how to build embassies

sory but im a new player and don't now how to build an embassy with riral civs, civelapedia didn't help

There is a box in the lower right corner of the screen. On the right hand border of that box, there's an "E." Click the E, a screen will pop up with all the civs you know. Click on a civ, click on the build embassy button, and pay your gold. There are other ways, but that's the one I use.

Next to the name-tag that hovers over your capital city you see a yellow star icon.
Double click on this icon, and a screen will open that allows you to build an embassy.

I just hit shift E. Brings you right to the espionage screen.

Are you sure Moxxa? I'm quite sure it's shift and not control that does it...

You have to have discovered writing, too.

Shift + E gets you to the Embassy/Spy screen.

You need writing to establish embassies.
You also need the necessary money to establish the embassy.

Also remember that you cannot establish an embassy with a civ (or vice versa) while you are at war with them. So do it BEFORE you start killing them.

Oh, and you will also be unable to establish embassies while in anarchy. Do it before the revolution or you'll have to wait until after.
