How to cancel deals

How do you cancel per turn deals like luxury or ROP when the time's up? I want to attack the Indians and they have an ROP with me.

You could select always renegoitate in preferences. You could F4 to get to the advisor and open that nation. Select the option tab for current deals.

Usually just open up diplomacy and at the bottom there's a button for 'active deals' and click that. It then comes up with the current deals you have with that particular civ. Press on one of them to renegotiate/cancel.
