How to change civs prosperities in already saved map?

i'm trying to convert Syntera World Map from standart Civ4 to Warlords and upgrate it.
this map is very nice but it's with towns, so player can't pick location for him capital already have changed extension of the file also remove all cities and add settler+scout for every civ that i want to bee in game
but i don't know how to add new civs, remove some already existing civs, change already existing civ's prosperities (civ/leader names)

The things you want to do are all involving changing the XML code.

Check the Tutorials Section here on the Civfanatic Forums
( http://forums.civfanatics.com/forumdisplay.php?f=177 ) and look around for some XML TUTS or alternativly you can search up somthing like Tutorial on Adding New Civs or somthing like that.

Check around these two places and if you don't get anywhere, pm me. and i'll try and explain the long process.

i mean add new civs, already existing in warlords, like vikings, i want to add them to the map. if i think right i shoudn't change any xml, i should only change this map, right? if i remember right xml is for moding. i only need to edit existed map

ahh.. I didn't really understand. While in game, press Esc. then click the "Enter World Builder" tab. This will let you edit most of the stuff.

thx for the link. lots of interesting thing there. but not what i looking for
-no placing new civs on map
-no removing already placed civs from map
-no changing civ/leader names
looks like this awesome map by Syntherio won't be able to play on Warlords

Then I guess, you arn't able to change those things in-game or to a saved file. I know those things are editable through XML and through editing the WB save, although I believe you must start a new game, if you changed the map/civs/leaders..etc
