how to change loading bar's color?

Hello,

I'd like to change the the game's loading screen and put it into the mod I'm working on. Is there a way (through XML or otherwise) to change the light blue bar to another color?

That bar is the the same as the regular windows loading bar, so I don't think there is a way to change it without changing your Windows skin, and then it's still only something you see, and different for everyone else. Here's how my loading bar looks...

I can still change the background though. That's what matters anyway.

By the way, what theme are you using there? Never seen that one before.

Id like to know who to change the loading bar colour for the in-game loading screen myself, but I also would like to know what theme that is!

Don't know exactly how but I'm sure it's possible to change the in-game loading screen, look in resources or art/interface. As for the theme, I'm using Vista theme with WindowsBlinds, very well done and sleek looking .
