How to change your Capital to an other City?

In Civ IV you could build the Palace to move your capital to an other city.

What do I have to do to change it in Civ V?

Because of the dumb Domination mechanic they took from CivRev, you can't change your capital anymore. Sorry.

you win if you're the only nation in control of its capital.

Its annoying, but at least Maintnence isn't decided by distance from capital anymore.

But what should have been said before was...

you win if you're the only nation in control of its original capital.

Theirs no way to switch your capital to another city, if you lose your original capital a new one is assigned that works for everything like trade routes and abilities to do with the capital, but it won't count towards domination victory, that only applies to the original capital city, which if you re-gain control of, will become your capital again.

ok, so that's another stupid thing i hope some modders will get their hands on....
